I am an in-network provider with Aetna, Cigna, Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, and United Health Care insurance companies.
If you wish to use an insurance for which I am out-of-network you may utilize your out-of-network benefits, and I can provide detailed monthly invoices ("super bills") for reimbursement. You can contact your insurance provider for specifics on out-of-network coverage, and I can assist with any questions you may have.
Be advised that paying out-of-pocket offers maximum privacy, confidentiality, and flexibility in care.
-
Out-of-network benefits typically reimburse 60-80% of session costs. I will supply "super bills" for your claims processing.
Please contact your insurance provider for coverage details.

If your insurance changes or you lose coverage, we can discuss options like private pay, a sliding scale fee, or a temporary break until your new insurance kicks in.
If your insurance is out-of-network, we can talk about reimbursement options or finding a new therapist who’s in-network. Just let me know, and we’ll figure it out together!
